Introducing AI Quoting, a revolutionary way to streamline your quoting process. Our AI tool reads an uploaded PDF quote and generates a detailed quote in our software within seconds. It accurately matches specifications like operabilities, dimensions, and images. While our tool aims for precision, reviewing the items is essential. This innovative approach significantly reduces quoting time, allowing you to add any missing information and customize with our brand features.

 Our AI is trained to read the quote from the brands that your team have shared with our developers before. Start by uploading an organized window and door product list, or competitor quote in PDF format, which typically includes descriptions and key components of each item. Be sure your file looks similar as the following example.

Upload a file to create

To upload the file select AI template, choose the quote file you would like to upload, once uploaded, give your quote a name click “Generate Quote.” This process may take up to 30 seconds.

Understand the quote

Once your file is loaded and our AI tool has read your quote, the analyzed items from the PDF will appear on the left side of your screen. On the right side, you will see the uploaded PDF for reference.

 See you can adjust your view by closing or compressing the PDF and menu to have a better view of your item cards. 

You can review all item cards and edit them if necessary. While our tool aims for precision, it is essential to review the items. If needed, you can add more items using the "Add an Item" button. Once clicked, a new item will be generated, and you will be able to edit the blank template.
